Items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Should there be more than one person interested in a particular item, the item will go to the person who confirms and makes full payment first.
Items sold are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable and are exclusive of postage charges.
Flat rate shipping via Pos Laju RM7 (West Msia) and RM10 (East Msia) Shipping Rates apply to 1-2 items. For every subsequent item RM2 will be add. Pos Ekspres the rate of RM4 will be charged but for 1 item only.
Purchases above RM150 and above, postage is free!!!
Payments are made via bank transfer - Maybank or CIMB and must be made within 24 hours from the confirmation mail received by purchaser from MySmooch.
Please inform us once you have made the payment with the supporting document.
Packages will be sent out every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. All items sold are in good condition.
